LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network on the Internet with more than 100 million members in over 200 countries; they wanted to develop a new recruiting website for their own talent acquisition.

Defining and differentiating the LinkedIn employee lifestyle

Platzner | brand storytellers teamed up with the LinkedIn People Operations team to interview management and key staff to define and differentiate the LinkedIn employee lifestyle.

We developed the content strategy and interface design to bring the new microsite to life. The call-to-action subhead “You In?” was developed to engage and challenge prospective hires in the hyper-competitive talent market of Silicon Valley.

The web property was designed to highlight and magnify the quality and personality of current employees while revealing the unique corporate culture that defines the LinkedIn brand to prospective hires.
